  1. Booking & Payments

    • A deposit is required to secure your event date.

    • Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your event.

    • Dates are not reserved until deposit is received.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

  3. Event Requirements

    • Client must ensure adequate space, access to power, and venue approval for setup.

    • Lux Social is not liable for restrictions imposed by venues.

  4. Liability

    • Lux Social is not responsible for injuries, damages, or venue issues outside our control (e.g., power outages, Wi-Fi interruptions, internet restrictions).

    • Client assumes responsibility for guest behavior when using props, backdrops, and equipment.

  5. Photo Usage

    • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Lux Social may use event photos for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).
